Crisis of confidence between companies and millennials?
At this years second meeting “Network for Talent & Internationalisation” we explore the expectations and demands that Millennials have to their workplaces and how employers can best understand this when taking-on and retaining the younger generation.
During the meeting, Camilla Kruse – Partner & Talent Lead for Deloit – will be speaking about the results of their latest research into: Millennials´s understandings of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the demands that they place upon their employers to live up to this. Among other interesting discoveries, the rapport finds that there is discordance between: Millennials expectations to CSR and their understandings of company policy. Compared with earlier generations, Millennials have less faith in the corporate sectors ability to promoting ethically correct and creating a better society.
Based on the findings of the rapport, Camilla Kruse will speak about the way in which Deloitte deals with the phenomenon of; Millennials` lack of confidence and the challenges faced when recruiting, retaining and developing the careers of Generation Millennial.
