Friday we had an Inno-break-out session with the ØICC team. Regularly we are looking at our ways of working with innovation. This time inspired by a field study to Copenhill // Amager Bakke. The director of Amager foundation Patrik Gustavsson gave us a tour and shared his experience with all the different stages, realizing BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group wild idea with a ski slope on top of a waste to energy plant.
Truly inspiring hearing how innovation have been a driver in all stages bringing Copenhill to life. From financial and partnership innovation, special designed skiing recyclable plastic, to innovative operator models. In about one month October 4th, the ski slopes will open. We are looking forward to return hooked up with skies or climbing gear depending on temperament and adventure style among the ØICC team members.
